Default Adding Satellite Radio to Stock NAV Radio

I want to add satellite radio to my 2006 Magnum R/T. I have the stock 6 disc NAV radio and want to have satellite added, as it came from the factory. After talking to the dealer, sounds like it would cost me $600+. Seems steep. The receiver is $410 alone, plus another $150 or so for the install kit and $65 for labor.
Does anyone know where I can get the receiver for cheaper? For some reason, the receiver is way more than when I researched it in the past. It used to be only $180. That I could swallow. Not sure about $410 though.

What about this? Is this all I need?

Thanks!

Unfortunately there are not many aftermarket type Satellite radio receiver options for your magnum

You would need a separate stand alone satellite receiver with a car kit (many available)
This unit will have to be visually mounted in your car to access the controls and display

A shop can hard wire the power and antenna connection, so you don’t have wires and plugs all over

For the sound: the units have a FM Modulator to hear the satellite threw the factory radio system (I do NOT recommend this fm signal for sound)
A special audio input module is available for better sound
