My uconnect (factory installed) worked fine for about 5 months. Now it is not coming through the speakers. it recognises the phone and I have unpaired and paired the phone but the conversation will not come throught the sound system anymore.

 

I will assume that the music is fine and that just the phone audio is not coming through.

If you are handy and like to tear into things, look for the DIY here on the forum on how to remove your radio and see if the UConnect module is loose on the back. It is a separate part that is plugged into the radio. If you don't want to tackle that job and your truck is under warranty, take it to the dealer and have them check it out. They will be able to pull the radio out in 15 minutes to check the connections and if they are fine will just swap out the module.
