Default Some Sound Based Mods

Well, any of you guys remember that old Kicker Competition c12a I got for free a while back? I decided it was time to put this thing to the test since it was free and all, I bought a premade mdf box (1.3 cu/ft) and just because I didn't think that was taking it far enough I went and finally replaced my stock headunit with a Pioneer. Heres the link to pioneers product page for the headunit (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...rs/DEH-P4200UB).

Since I know y'all are pic ******, I figured I'd post up the finished product.

This Kicker may not look too pretty but this thing pounds like it's brand new imo, I'm sure there's better stuff out there but for now (and free) this will get me by.

I have spent hours researchin this exact sub and there was not a single bad thing said about it. Sure it's an old late 90's one but it's far from blown and with the clean signal and small amp I got runnin to it I think it will last me quite a while or at least long enough for me to get a Fosgate p3

I know what ya mean, with a bigger amp this thing would dominate. Only runnin 200 watts to it atm but that will change soon hopefully but until then this is more than enough for me.

If you saw how little I have invested in this setup you'd crap your pants.

That speaker is prob as old as you j/k. paper woofer produces a cleaner bass, but prob with paper is as you see. It deteriorates. Just make sure the foam is rubbing on the back of your seat because it will wear out quick in an old speaker.
