Problem with HID fog light
Hi everyone !!
I installed Hid light on my headlight and my fog light on my dodge neon 2003 the last month. I choose for my headlight 9007 bi-convex 10 000k aputnd for the fog I choose 10 000k (the company is VVI or something like that). My fog are the DRL (Day running light).
First, when i installed my 2 kit, their was a problem with my headlight because i couldn't have the high beam, only the low. So I swap the bad wire because the 9007 kit are made like 9004... so after this, High beam and low beam were ok, but my fog were flickering when I activate them with the low beam, but for the DRL only they weren't flickering. I searched on the internet information, and I fond thing about relay harness and capacitor... In my headlight kit i got relay harness, but not for my fog. So I've decided to put a capacitor of 4700uf/35w with a fuse of 10amp. But, before I installed the capacitor and the fuses, one night, I open my light while I was driving and somthing happen. My headlight were flickering and fog too.
Now, my fog doesn't want to open at anytime, the headlight doesn't flick anymore, my DRL are my low beam and the fog light on my dashboard is always on(cannot put it off). I've checked every fuse, every relay(the relay for the DRL), change the ballast from side, look at the wire if they were connected correctly...
So now, i'd like to correcte the problem with my fog light.. Please, someone help me !!

Some good news !!
I've put the old fog light, not the HID one, and they work, but as I said, drl light are not the fog light, but my headlight. So how can I turn off my headlight to be just on my fog light while I'm on DRL ?? Check again the fuses and wires. It's like if the headlight wire was connected to the DRL and they act as if they were the DRL...
