Media Center 730n GPS question

My GPS shows I'm heading south when I am heading north. Does anyone know how to correct this issue. I tried using the icon on the Map display that indicates N, that does not work.

I can touch my compass needle on mine to correct my maps. Maybe you could call the companies tech support or look it the manual???
