I have a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with the Mygig REN system and dual overhead screens. Recently I have started have issues with the system. The back screen has power, but does not show any connection to the DVD system. The front overhead screen has no power at all. I can put in a disc into the lower dvd player and the counter comes on to the mygig screen, but there is no audio or video comes through. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

 

Have you checked all the wires in the back of the head unit/ overhead screen? Make sure they are all securely in? If not one of the audio/video cords has a short.
