Default CD Player Error Message and Other Wierdness

I just upgraded my stock Grand Caravan SE AM/FM/Cassette to a Chrysler unit with a CD player and RDS. The CD player works for the most part but struggles with certain CD's like AC/DC Back in Black (remastered version) and also seems to have trouble reagining its "footing" when changing tracks. The most significant problem is that it won't play Creed's Greatest Hits. All the CD's I am using are brand new (purchased today) and work without issue in my home player. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know if this helps any, I burn selected tracks from my collection of cds. There are cetain brands of CDs that wont play in my OLD OLD OLD cd player. Maybe the company is using a CD stock that has a differnt reflecitve charaistics(sp) that the CD player just dont like. Are the CDs from the same producing company, ie sony music or epic? On thought is if you have a CD burner in your computer is to re-burn (copy) the CD. This way you can try a different "stock" of CD and then have a master incase the cd in the van gets scratched. What I do is convert to wma/mp3 and then put the cd up. Basicially the store bought CD is used only once. Its like software on the computer, backup backup backup!
