Default Installing 6.5" component set in front doors

Has anyone recently installed a 6.5" component set in their front doors? Have any pics of the install process? I have a pretty good idea what I'd like to do, but wouldn't mind some tips if anyone has some!

Also, I am running new wire to all speakers. I have heard rumor that there is a "plug or wire harness" on the truck side of the wire loom making you have to drill out empty spots to run new wire through to the door.

run new if you want or there is a control module that you can put behind your head unit to make the speakers work like regulars, having full sound in the doors just as if they were regular 6x9's

I have 6.5s in my rear and front doors. I took the material clip boards are made if and cut a plate to go over the OEM door speaker (6*9) and cut a hole in it for my Kicker 6.5s and did mine that way.

I have Polk DB651's in all four doors (6.5). I just used 6x9 to 6.5 conversion plates, I think I bought the pair off of Amazon for $12.

The back door is harder to install than the front, honestly.
