alpine sps-600c crossovers........
my 98 durango has the 'higher end' infinity(?) sound system, with 6 speakers-coaxials in the rear doors and separate woofers/tweeters in the front doors.
i was given a brand new pair of alpine sps-600c's, minus the high-pass crossovers in the speaker wires (they have low-pass filters on the woofers). i am assuming the factory infinity speakers must have passive crossovers either in the door or kick panels under the dash. any ideas what i would end up with if i just plugged the alpine tweeters in place of the stock tweeters, and alpine woofers in the lower door, without using the alpine crossover?
