Default 2011 nav on my ram truck

Is there a way to install nav on my touch screen uconnect? Or is it as simple as if it doesn't have it you can't get it. Also I'm having trouble accsessing my usb line in, it isn't recognizing my android phone or digital camera when I plug them in and pull up the hdd managment system to add data to my hard drive. Can anybody help?

The only way to do it is by changing out the radio to an RHB and add a GPS ant. I'm not 100% positive but I think the sirius ant is used for the NAV. I can check on that tomorrow.

So remove and replace, for a unit that has it?

other than just getting a portable GPS unit. and then if you go after market you will need an additional module to intergrate the steering wheel controls. A lot of aftermarket units will have a BT system built in.

It would be so much easyer to be able to stream audio and video from my phone. If that's even possible.

Video, no Audio (perhaps). I will look into this for you next week. The only problem I can see is that if you are streaming navigation directions that you will not be able to listen to the radio, iPod or HD while waiting for directions but I could be wrong. (I have been once this year, haha).
