Default Could somebody confirm aux input

I have been doing some research on here about aux inputs on factory radios. I have what I believe is an RDS head unit. It has NAV. It is in a 2003 ram 1500. I can try to post a pic of the radio later. Anyways I'm looking at the thread by Codiac and I think this will allow me to do something similar to what was done in that thread. I have found this http://www.logjamelectronics.com/piechry02aux.html Can somebody who has experience with this mod please give me some insight if this will work?

I added a Log Jam aux unit to my RAQ head unit several weeks ago. Log Jam has an online form you can fill out to help determine exactly which unit will work with your radio.

Thanks I'll check into that. How do you like your aux input?

I like it a lot. It was a pretty simple install. Now when I press the Mode button on the radio it cycles to the DVD mode for the rear seat entertainment system. That mode did not appear before. And that is the mode from where I can now play my Sansa mp3 player and my kid's iPod.
