Does Crew Cab or Quad Cab make a Difference in the Box?

Does Crew Cab or Quad Cab make a Difference in the Box?
I am looking at putting a system (subs, amp, box, etc.) in my truck. What i would really like to do is put the box underneath the back seat. The only box i can find on the internet is for the quad cab. I have a crew cab. So my question is: Is it going to make a difference or not?
