Unruly Windshield Wipers
I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan and after running over a speed bump the front wipers turned on and will not stop.
I pulled the fuse and relay and pulling either will get the wipers to stop but whether the car is running or I have the keys out of the ignition - if the fuse and relay are plugged in - the wipers are going.
Where do I need to look?
