I just bout a used ram with the tech. package, there was no owners manual for the radio and the previous owner edited the pairing settings a password. can anyone help me reset the unit to default password. and what is said password?

Hey Rich, Is this radio an REN? That radio has an external module and Uconnect doesn't really use a password, it uses a pin number to pair the phone. If your wanting to reset the Uconnect module to factory settings then try this:
1) Press the uconnect button (white phone)
2) say set up, reset,
3) Uconnect should now ask you if you want to reset and that all phone pairing will be deleted and if you are sure that you want to delete.
4) say yes
