You can buy an adapter to make it fit in the larger opening.

If you have the Infinity 7speaker system, you'll need a canbus adapter($80-100) for wiring purposes.
If you have the basic 4speaker system, then you can buy the basic Chrysler adapters(you'll only use one of them) and then you'll have to wire your radio to the cig lighter(pink/yw) wire for ignition power. I would reccomend drilling a hole in the tubular dash support for a more stable solid ground than the wiring harness provides.
I got my stuff from SonicElectronix They have great prices and give you $12.99 credit towards your dash bezel. I believe the Dodge one's are $24? They have the wiring harness's and everything you'll need. One stop shop with some of the cheapest prices out there.

* I moved this to the audi section. You'll find other Ram related audio questions here as well.

What about a DIN and a half? I have a 5.8 screen on my AVH-3200DVD. I ordered a new double DIN bezel off eBay but haven't installed it cause I'm not sure what to do with the extra space below.

Im not understanding your question. What about 1.5 DIN? The Pioneer 3200 is a double DIN.
