Default 2001 Ram Infinity System Questions

I am curious about upgrading the front door speakers. I have installed a Pioneer DEH-P7500MP head unit. Is it possible to remove the amps from the factory front 6 x 9 speakers and install them on a good set of aftermarket speakers? I don't really want to rewire the truck to use a good set of speakers. If I can do that then the tweeters in the A-pillars will still work and I have a new set of OE rear door speakers that I'll also put in. Thanks.

Bob

I may have ran into another problem. The factory Infinity speaker amp is mounted to a rather large heat sink. I am not sure how I am going to rig a sink to an aftermarket speaker. Iwant to keep the amp mounted to the speaker but may have to remove it off the old speakers and mount it in close proximity to the new speakers. I will figure out some way to do it.
