Well youre on the right path, pinched RCAs, loose terminal connections, amp grounding/power issues or maybe a bad sub.

I cant get the links to work so i dont know the specs. Got bad internet connections. Make sure your you got your speaker leads right from the amp. 2ohm/4ohm bridged/unbridged and that the sub can run 2ohm if thats how you have it setup. What guage power wire to you have run to the amp, is it fused, where is it fed from? What guage ground and how is it grounded?

Are all your grounds connected? A ground that keeps coming connected and unconnected will do this.

Is the amp new? is it possible that you have a channel failing on the amp? an amp that I had use to do this and it was a failing channel due to the amp overheating.
