Default AM Radio Static until I apply brakes

I have a 2009 Ram 1500 and have AM radio static that goes away when I apply the brakes. What would cause that. I've looked online and have seen everything from bad brake control modules to fuses. The problem has been there since I got the truck.

I would add a good ground wire to your radio and possibly install a filter while your at it. The ground wire is canbus'd so it connects various electrical components together. Not the ideal situation for a radio which can amplify unwanted signals/sounds.
I 've never tuned to AM in my truck so I cannot say. matter of fact, I'm not even getting FM clearly as I think my antenna cable fell out..ha
