Default Resetting Voice recognition and blue tooth.

I have a 2013 Dodge Journey R/T and a couple of days ago the voice recognition and blue tooth features stopped working. All I get is a message Hands free system loading please wait, and nothing happens. How can I reset these features?

Hi Don,

Here are the steps for a soft reset. You can also try deleting the pairing from both your phone and the radio, and re-pairing to see if that helps at all.

1) Put vehicle in accessories mode (ACC or RUN)
**For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having foot on the gas or brake pedal**
2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons, at the
same time, for thirty seconds.
3) Let go of the buttons
4) Turn vehicle off
5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)
6) Close door
7) Restart vehicle
8) Let the media center load/see if concern
is still present

Default 2014 Dodge Journey UConnect not working

I have tried the above suggestion three times and still have the same issue. I have also checked my hands-free fuse and it's good. I have also tried holding down the volume and tune buttons at the same time for more than 30 seconds and nothing happens.
