I have a 2013 Ram Sport with factory AM/FM/XM U-Connect radio. Extremely poor radio reception. Only 1 or 2 strong stations in
FM. Last/First time is entered Forum, it suggested I download software upgrade. I did just that, reception somewhat better but still not great.

Are there more recent Software Upgrades for the 2013 model year?

 

Have you checked the antenna connection?

 

No, I have not. Do you mean at the antenna itself or where it plugs into the radio unit housing?

 

Might as well check both......
