Hoping someone can help. My husband bought a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie last year. The front speakers don't work (or work very little). he took it to the dealership because the truck is still under warrantee. they told him because the truck has surround sound, that is the way they are made. They showed him a 2019 and it was the same way. What the heck. is that right or a they giving him a line of crap? Shouldn't the front speakers have sound coming out of them?

Please advise. Thanks.

Might check the owners manual to confirm what the dealer is telling you. Maybe some setting you can make through the system to turn surround sound off.
