Cell Phone Issue
New member here.
I'm hoping someone on here with a lot more experience than I might have an answer or be able to point me in the right direction.
We have a new 2018 Charger GT. My cell phone, a Samsung J3 Prime, is paired with the car and allows me to receive calls as well as getting both voice and written text messages.The "message" icon on the touchscreen is lit with my phone.
My wife's phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3, is also paired with the car and she can receive calls. However, she cannot receive text messages. The "message" icon on the touchscreen does not light up with her phone.
We've read the owners manual and can't seem to come up with any reason why her phone won't get messages on the screen or via the disembodied voice.
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
