I am looking for advice for the Uconnect module for my 08 Ram 1500. Chrysler is telling me they do not have a module to repair the Uconnect system . They say the engineers are aware of the problem but cannot give me an idea of how long it will take for the product to become usable for my truck. It is very frustrating knowing that I paid extra money for a lifetime warranty and this is the best answer they can give me. They have had my truck since mid-august a 2018

 

What kind of advice do you want? What is the problem? Who at Chrysler is telling you this?
