most likely not. measure the amp draw. I can't say for sure as some devices like the odd phone charger can create a draw even when the phone isn't plugged into the charger but the charger is plugged into the car. Not sure what your driving but most new dodge products want the draw to be under 35mAmps. They usually sit at 8mAmps when asleep. even a 50 mAmp draw would take a week or more to kill a fully charged battery.
