I thought I'd ask if anyone has looked into putting an Android Auto capable 8.4 Uconnect from an 18 Ram into an older 4th gen. I haven't seen anything online, other than the older 8.4 was made by Harman Kardon and it can't support Android Auto due to hardware issues, and the units in the last of the 4th Gens were made by Panasonic and do support Android Auto. I'm aware of Infotainment, and that's probably the route I'll go as I want to run Android auto but I don't want to buy a new truck to get it
