2018 1500 quad cab aftermarket stereo issues

Does anyone know if I can use my factory antenna with an aftermarket head unit and if I can is everything under the dash?
I need all the help I can get

Should be able to. Go to crutchfield.com and enter your vehicle info. They will set you up with everything you need.

Ty my manni been at this for a few weeks now iij ts not like the old days when it was 3 wires and everything is good to go lol
