I need help with replacing my rear stock speakers on my 2005 club cab dakota with removing the speaker from the door panel has anyone ever done this.

I cant find any posts or videos on how to do it and i need to have specifics so i dont mess things up

this is the version that has the small door in the rear and a slim panel covering the speakers.

does anyone have any advice or instructions or video on how to do this thanks in advance.
