my friend had a set of focals in his f*&d mustang an they where nice but he switched to cdt,dunno the model number but they where amazing with a kicker 5 channel on them

I would tell you to get a nice set of 6.5 components and amp them.
JL, Diamond, Rainbow, ID, Focal, you can get some diamond comps for like 150. They wont be near the quality of the high price stuff, but should do you jst fine.
Yup add Image Dynamics to that line up..

& for the record BOSE Sux...
One thing I didnt like about CDT is the cheap Xover.. the speacker spade strips out way to eazy.. other than that theys fine..

Best thing you can do if something is out of your price range is wait!..
