Doesn't that look like some sort of alien or sea creature ..... a bunch of suction cups? Ugly install and, yeah, I bet it sounds terrible.

 

hell, with that many subs, if the subs are powered correctly with the right amps. you could prolly just free air those woofers and not even use fiberglass, plexiglass or wood, just set them biatches in there and let em go

I used to be into the loud stereo, bass rattling crap but now I'd rather spend my money on other things, like my kids. I still find it amazing at the lack of common sense involved in car audio lately. When I got into it, it was all about centering the sound so you felt like you were in front of the stage and making everything blend together...close your eyes and you could see the band. Now, it seems as if you don't have anything unless you have TVs in the headrests of third row seats in your Expedition....who the hell is going to watch them from behind the truck???

 

damn so much negativety about the sub enclosures in the show car..... first off i almost guarantee that most of you are just jealous becaue u cant fit that many subs in your car..... second of all u guys must not go to car shows...... the last car show i went to i saw a chevy .... lol.... sry i know this is a dodge forum..... with 8 15s and it was shaking the whole fuc... building..... know when u want the wife to know your home what better way lol..... but anywasy im not rich either i dont have enough money to have the 7 inch tvs in the headrests but i know i don give a f... about a cop tellin me to turn down my music either...... so theres quite the argument...... as for sound and clarity .... oh well some people dont care ...... but anyways i know if i was sponsered and could write the check for anything it would be sound system u can only go so far with looks............ heres some pics to look at you guys have a good day.....

Like I said, I've been that route. The money, the noise, the cops, the dirty looks from old ladies.....I don't miss it. I don't understand what people think these days, but that's mostly because I don't see the use in all of it anymore. Show cars are meant to impress and show off the products, I understand that. I was referring to the daily drivers that look like that, to each his own I guess. I just want to see him fit six 2x4s, 4 sheets of plywood and a load of shingles in there.
