I bought Infinity 6X9's and they won't fit without extensive cutting on the doors I just wanted to give this FYI if you have an 06 Ram . I bought the Infinitys on Ebay so now I can't return them .

 

resell them on ebay as brand new like everyone else does...

 

So, they dont fit into the openings in the door for them??? We are talking about the front doors correct?

 

Yeah they were for the front doors . I went to a local shop and spent three hundred bucks on a pair ob Boston LS95 6X9s they barley fit I still had to use the factory spacer and they were a tight fit behind the door panels .

 

because you have to space them out like 3/4 inch...make some spacer rings out of MDF...they'll fit fine after that.....maybe enlist the services of a REAL car audio store......ebay can't help ya with issues like this
