i doubt it...the alpines are 5 3/4" deep
the subs (MTX4510) that MTX puts in the thunderform boxes are 4 5/8" and they are a tight fit.......
i'm pretty damned positive that there isn't an extra 7/8" under the MTX 10s when installed in the thunderform box

PLUS, the alpines have a vented pole piece (a hole in the center of the back of the magnet)......which means, you need an inch of clearance (good rule of thumb) to allow for air to circulate inside the woofer and keep the voice coil as cool as possible

i'm a bettin man,....and i bet the alpines wouldn't work

i DO know that the JL10w1v2 will work like a charm
they have a mounting depth of 4.34" and they don't use a vented pole piece...they use elevated frame cooling
The elevated frame design of the W1v2 delivers cool air through slots directly above the top-plate to the voice coil of the speaker. This not only enhances power handling, but also sound quality by minimizing dynamic parameter shifts and power compression.

go to www.jlaudio.com and search for an AUTHORIZED dealer in your area.......

hope this helps

Alright thanks for all of the help....

and as far as the box goes, there is an option that allows you to buy it without the subs

I didn't notice those custom boxes on there....

those things are sweet i will probably go with the two 10's in the back, but i like the concept of the one 12 up front...

I am pretty confident that JL will sound really well
