Does anyone know which color wires on the factory stereo harness represent their exact functions? I installed a Clarion CD Player in my 2003 Ram tonight but now I am having problems with dome lights not coming on anymore, and door locks not working. I would love to know the exact description for each color. The Clarion deck says to hook up their main "hot" wire directly to the battery +. Does that sound wrong??? It wont run off of the 2 Pink 12v Ram wires so I taped them off. And then there is a Puple/blue striped wire from the Rams' Harness that is left over with no place to go....that I dont know where to put. Is there already a thread with the cure for my frustration in this forum?
