I just got a new 06 ram big horn 4x4 with the factory 4 speaker single cd sound system. I am wanting to upgrade the Head Unit and the factory speakers. I want to get a new bezel, because I don't like the round cutouts in the new one. I need to know do I need to know where that I can get a new bezel that dosen't have the round cut outs for the *****. any info will be appreciatted.

The only factory bezel is for the navigation system I bought one from dodgeparts.com for cheap . Now I am waiting for my new head unit from crutchfield a Kenwood DPX 501 it should be here friday so this weekend it's going in I will try to post pics of the install . Careful on the speakers you choose for the holes in the front doors are smaller than a 6x9 needs I recomend you take the door panels off and go to your local store and find ones that fit I had to spend 300.00 on Boston LS95 's and they to were a tight fit . thanks for the reply. How much did the navigation bezel cost? I am seriously considering that exact radio (Kenwood) it looks sweet. Can you give me a link the website where you bought your bezel.
I also noticed that the kenwood shows the artist info on sat. radio.

I can't rember I think around 50.00 go to " dodgeparts.com " they have great prices and what I like best is they are local for me anyway it's Saturday time to install the new head unit .

 

I just ordered the same Kenwood plus I got the sirius tunter and had to pay extra 49.00 for the Ipod adatpter (the one were you can contro the Ipod with you headunit). Please post some pics of your install when you get it done. I got mine through cruthfield to.

It sounds great not as loud as I hoped but I will now start working on an amp install . The new bezel is aluminum color the old one is grey like the rest of the interior . I love the new bezel it adds a touch of class .
