Default Odd Capacitor behaviour

Hey all. I have an odd issue with my Cap, it comes on and off almost as it pleases. The wiring is correct and I can't figure it out. I have 2 gauge wire into a distributor which feeds 4 gauge to the cap then to the Amp, grounds are the same 4 gauge. All the connections are good and the stereo works fine. Just the Cap is annoying me!

If you were wondering, I have two 15" Rockford Fosgate Punch HX2's wired to a Phoenix Gold Onyx, birth sheet rates it for 900 watts RMS. The boxes kinda suck, they are prefabs but I'm lazy. Its still nice and loud. I have a cheap 4 channel amp powering a pair of Clarion 4x6s in the rear and stock up front. Ill get a picture of my install for you soon.

Yeah most digital caps have an automatic turn on/off. They will turn on when a significantdrop is detected and then if they don't see another drop for a predetermined amount of time they shut back off. The cap is still "working" all the time as needed, but the display might not light for a second.
