I just wonder how i sure that i have the infinity system in my truck?
It says infinity on the doorpanel that cover the front speakers, is that a guarantee that i will have the infinity system?
I just want to know becuase i orderd a stereo from crutchfeild and they asked if i have infinity system or not, thanks.

 

If it says Infinity anywhere... you have it.

 

Usually tweeter's in the a-pillar also mean you have it.

 

i dont have any tweeters but it says infinity on the door?

 

Thats weird...........maybe pre 98's they didnt put the tweeter there. I know 98+ 2nd gens they do with the infinity. The tweeter are molded into the the a-pillar...jst incase u jst glanced and didnt see it. But if it says infinity it probably is.......unless someone switched door panels

 

maybe you are right, i´m going to look a little closer.. but thats funny. I orderd a stereo with the wiring FOR infinity system, so i really hope that i do have it, the truck i totally stock and in a really nice shape so i have a hard time belive that someone switch door panels. i removed the stock stereo today, it has 2 cable connectors behind it plus antenna and ground, will that be a way of seeing if i have the inf system?

Does anyone else have a -96 with inf?

( i got the kenwood with usb port)
