HELP! JL (2) 10W3V2 cartoys!!!!
I definatly feel like they are in the wrong, but the carpet not matching...well, speaker box carpet raraely does. Not much you can do abouttbhat except ordering custom carpet for THAT specific make of truck. There really sin't a way to hook up an amp that would drain the battery unless it just stays on all the time, or the amp is bad. But other than that, they are definatly at fault. The fact that they moved the amp isn't a big deal, but they should ahve talked to you about it first. The fiberglass on the seats and door is BS, they definatly should have been more cautious about that. And the left over bolts is also BS.
Let us know how it turns out.

Well, for the amp, it is fine if it is under the seat because with a fiberglass enclosure and the way that the box must be built, there is no room for your amp there. how big is your amp anyway (dimensions)? the grab as much airspace as they can for the box, thats what you need for subs in a truck. as for the carpet, thats not a big deal man. you shouldnt worry about that.
they are unprofessional. they should have vacuumed your truck after work. the bolts are unecessary. they should have picked them up. clear it up, were they BOLTED in there or LEFT in there? big difference. if bolted, maybe for ground. thats what you gotta do. but, do go to the manager and make them compnsate in anyway they can. tell them to vacuum, fix the battery and mention your time. ask them how will they pay you back for time spent driving back and forth for no reason. i told you in the begnning to jsut get the box and dip somewhere else... lol... best buy would have installed it better. oh, also tell them that your gonna call the BBB. thatll help a ton! good luck!
