Im looking at 2 HUs I cant decide which one to get

I can get the Pioneer for $315 Shipped, and I can get the Alpine for $270 shipped. Both come with the install equipment.

Its kinda a toss up......have heard you gota crank alpine's rca outputs to get volume....have heard that something in the pioneer boards can go bad easy.....I cant remember. I have the the p80mphttp://www.crutchfield.com/S-GLZwkm2...;s=0&cc=01for 2 years or so and havent had any problems at all with it. Dont purchase either of these till I get back with you.....I might be able to get you a deal on one of these.

 

The best I can do is the pioneer for 289..........I would get whatever you want....they are both great decks.

 

The Pioneer has more EQ'ing available on it. I would lean towards that one, but it very much depends on how much you like to mess with things.

 

i have owend alpine once,kenwood once an pioneer 3 different time,never will buy a kenwood again,cant seem to make myself buy another alpine an pionner's are still playing like new an one is the deh 200 one of the first easy eq models back in 98 or 99,i got a 350 an deh 77 an getting ready to buy another one,cant go wrong with pioneer

 

I have the 7800 and couldnt be happier! The alpine has nowhere near the tuning and the color screen is bad azz! You can add your own color pictures and videos to you display.I have a picture of my daughter and wife on my display. They love it.

 

You know whats funny? I was looking at both of those myself. lol. Well, I am leaning towards the Pioneer more. But I have to wait for money. The pioneer has great reviews... yes, I read every review in the Pioneer and the Alpine... the Pioneer seems much better. So, get the Pioneer. lol. Good luck!
