Default Subwoofer enclosure, Club Cab

I'm looking at building an enclosure for my Dakota beneath my bench seat. before I go tearing things out, does anyone know how to remove the tool tray? For anyone that has done it before, can you still use the seats, or do you have to worry about damaging the subs. I'm looking at putting the subs deeper than the surface of the box, and a separator between the box and the seat. It'll not only support the seat, but protect the subs as well.
I've got an Eclipse 600 watt amp, but I'm now sure if I should try to put in Eclipse subs or go w/ Infinity perfect 10's. I've used Infinity in my previous car (subaru) and w/ only 400 watts it did great. Any advise would be most helpful.

If the tray you are talking about is the same on 3rd gen single cabs there is 3-4 screws holding the tray down, thats all.

yeah i would like to get either infinity or Eclipse in there. I used to have the Kappa in my old car, after 10 years that sub still has some serious bass. I've already got the Eclipse Amp, now about the box, any one got pics or a diagram?

Eclipse and Infinity are known for their clarity and realibility, however I've never seen aftermarket Infinity decks, wonder why they never made them. Eclipse is nice, but even w/their anti theft mechanism they'll get stolen. With the little thiefs running around, you need to have something w/detachable face.
