I think two 10's will pound harder then one 12', it all depends on what you're getting. i've seen two 10's pound as hard as my two 12's [sm=smiley26.gif]

10's can be louder than 18's......you jst have to know what your doing.

i would rather use 2 10s but thats because im in a reg cab,i had 2 12'compvrs i was goin to use but i decided against them,now i waiting for somebody to buy them, if i was buying 2 10' s or 1 12" i would go type r alpine

Alpine Type R subs are awesome, but for his application he would not have enough on mounting depth to clear the magnet structure of those subs...The only reason i suggest Kicker is because of price and at the Stereo shop i work for that is one of the best setups for those trucks....That's just my opinion though..

yeah I would have to go with 2 10"s. I just installed 1 12" in my friends Ford...yes I know...im sorry for even saying the name. Anyway my step dad has two 10"s in his Dodge and they sound much better than the 1 12". Just my little input.
