Interesting concept list.
mostly the cost of acquisition...I always expect some repair/maint. cost with older vehicles, such as the money that i have put into the laser before even driving it (new timing belts, BS removal, new water pump, etc)...but we got the car because it was SO cheap...the same was true of the demon.we have looked at a few stealths lately, one in MI and one in PA, and they were both quite a bit more than I would have wanted to pay, although they were both very very clean.
The Potorfino inspired the rear end of the 93-97 Intrepid while the interior of the Portofino gave inspiriation to the interiors of the 90 Daytona and LeBaron.. Now that Dodge is rid of Daimler and Mitsubishi to keep happy maybe we can get some cool concepts that actually make it to production like the Viper did.

Last I heard Daimler still owned 13% of Mitsubishi
and I suspect that technology sharing
makes that investment worthwhile
because Mitsu gets a lot of Japanese government money for research
and as a partner Daimler gets to see that science.
