im shocked that autoblog is that behind the times...
the caravan RT is powered by a 4.0L V6, with a fuel system tune that allows it to make 260hp and 265tq...or thats what the placard said, although the hood pop handle had been removed, so i wasnt able to get under the hood. it did have dual ehaust and the hood that they claimed was functional.
i have some pictures of it (I thought that i posted pictures of this in october), and its pretty sweet, for a minivan...the interior is also pretty sporty. it has embroidered RT seats, with bucket style seats in the front and rear...

Having said that, this reminds me of the APC turbo'd Caravan from a few years ago......and quite honestly there would be a market for it. Alot of guys would go for it if they knew the vehicle had some pep in it......

derrick, that caravan that youre talking about was in the WPC museum for about a year, and just recently came out...it was also at autorama at least once...the guy who owns it also has a first gen neon, also heavily modified...
and i agree, that i would be more likely to buy a minivan like this one...with some ***** and a bit sporty...i might even put a number on the door...you know what im talking about...
on a side note, a ford dealership in pittsburgh had "big ben edition" F150s...done in black and gold with a big #7 on the door...
