DaimlerChrysler Selects Partner for Dealership Service Consulting Program!
MSX International To Provide Consulting Services for Improved Dealer Service Operations!
Auburn Hills, Mich., Dec 15, 2004 -The Global Service Division of DaimlerChrysler has selected MSX International (MSXI) to provide consulting services and implement dealer training programs developed by DaimlerChrysler Academy (DCA) for 4,200 Chrysler Group dealership locations nationwide.
MSXI consultants will provide in-dealership consulting services and training for functions designed to help dealers maximize retail service sales. Areas covered by the training include: Retail Service Selling Techniques, Quick Lube and Service Functions and Establishing Competitive Retail Service Hours.
"Chrysler Group's partnership with MSXI is designed to move our dealers to the next level in retail service and take advantage of the significant growth opportunities that exist," said Joe Hilger, Chrysler Group Vice President - Global Service. "This is a partnership with an organization experienced in dealer service operations and retail growth."
The MSXI Business Outsourcing Solutions Group specializes in assisting automotive OEMs and their retail networks by offering targeted solutions designed to improve revenues, profits and customer satisfaction.
"The teaming together of DaimlerChrysler and MSXI provides the dealer body access to outstanding training led by MSXI experts that truly understand the demands of today's dealer business," said Bruce Culver, MSX Vice President, Business Outsourcing Solutions Group. "Taking advantage of the new program will move DaimlerChrysler dealerships toward a higher level of performance for their clients."
The agreement calls for MSXI to begin a pilot phase immediately with full implementation to begin later this year.
