ASC will show off what they call the world’s first bi-directional, infinitely adjustable convertible top system for SUV’s. The sketch that was provided is showing off the system on a Jeep Liberty, and since the concept is called “Freedom” I guess it makes sense. The system uses folding fabric panels that create a “wide open” driving experience for SUV owners. No word on structural enhancements/ weight gain due to the system. ASC will be touting five complete new vehicles at the Auto Show this year. ASC currently is sub-assembling parts of the SSR for GM and were the masterminds behind the folding hardtop.

i think...the one in the commercial where it says if a stadium can have a retractable roof y not ur SUV then there liek 4 wheel steering and all that.......thats wierd tho

 

The Chevy Envoy I think, but it's not fully retractable like this one is.

Speaking of the Yukon, the parents were thinking of purchasing one. I still say we should go with an Armada or Durango...
