Yep, they did give it the green light, I have an article from the newspaper and a couple magazines with the announcement that it was going into production in a couple years. I had hundreds of people with money in hand and ready to buy after showing them the car and the announcement of it's going into production. Then Dumler comes along and f's everything up, saying that Chrysler is spending too much money and axed the upcoming Charger R/T's release. Meanwhile Dumler, blaming Chrysler for spending too much money, was taking money from Chrysler to put into Mercedes Benz and into purchasing more of Mitsubishi and buying Hyundai as well.[sm=smiley7.gif][sm=smiley7.gif][sm=smiley7.gif] I HATE those stupid [sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif] at Dumler so much for what they have done to my beloved Chrysler Corperation as well as their lying and deceit. Where is Lee Iacocca when you need him to buy it back from Dumler?[sm=smiley19.gif]

I agree, Iacocca! How can Chrysler be spending too much money? That budget must be way unbalanced! The [sm=smiley35.gif] Mercedes-Benz Maybach 62 is $359,000! If I'm correct, Chrysler's most expensive car is the $83,000 Viper. The Maybach 62 isn't Mercedes's most expensive car either! Those CLK-R Touring cars are way up there!

Iacocca was a God sent for Chrysler during the 80's. But remember, he built more economy cars rathier than performance cars in his Chrysler days... I would rathier see Bob Lutz come back, and show them how he left the company... with performance roots and cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs Mopar fans were proud to say... "yup, thats a Mopar product!" Without Bob Lutz, we wouldnt have had a Viper program nor any exciting products to worship. Instead we would be praising the all-new 2005 Plymouth Reliant K!
