Could you post the pic Midnight?
To answer the other questions...
The car is not in possession of the original poster who found it. The car is merely sitting in the OP's uncle's storage facility. We don't know who the actual owner is.
On the subject of Auto makers and their "special" cars, we SHO folks know all about it too well. Someone recently found one of 20 vehicles Ford developed in the early 90's to experiment with Aluminum exterior body panels. These were known as AIV Sables (Aluminum Intensive Vehicles), though there were also AIV Contours and other various models. They only made 20 AIV Sables and of them only two are currently known to still exist. One has been sitting in Dearborn on Ford property with a window open about an inch for many years, it's tires are almost flat now. The other one, is the rarest of the 20. It is the only ONE with a SHO engine, dual exhaust, SHO suspension, and SHO interior. The AIV SHO Sable was just located in Toronto on Ford property, we've been rallying to motivate Ford to donate it to a museum instead of crushing it. Our hopes aren't too high.

It looks like the Portofino and 94 Venom put together. Maybe something after the Venom?

This probably the Portofino Concept for the Eagle Vision The original Concept of the Portofino was damaged in an Accident and was completely Rebuilt. Perhaps this is what stemmed the interest in building this concept. This would have been from 1990 or 1991. I scanned theu all the internet for this concept prototype but couldnt find anything on it. I even scanned the DSM concepts and couldnt find anything on it. But Judging by the lrear light patterns, it is all Dodge.
