Thumbs down Water Leak on rear floor

I have an '08 Dodge Caliber and just loved it. I say 'loved' because it now has a major problem which should lead to a recall. After extensive research into just why a large and constant puddle sits on the passenger rear floor, I've learned that there is a defect in the pillars that waterproof the windshield and prevent water from entering the car. The water runs down the side panels and lands on the floor in the rear of the car. A mess. Soon to be a rusty mess. I've only had the car a year and have put less than 5,000 miles on. Apparently, this is a huge issue with thousands of complaints. Dodge just plays dumb! I say it's high time we report them if they don't recall them now.
