Has anyone heard anything about DC losing the rights to the viper nameplate? News to me but was watching a sportscar show segment, they made the single line statement and nothing more about it.

DC doesnt have the rights to the viper name in europe, but thats all ive heard about it

this was a european segment. How can you lose a name in a certain area?
