I get tired of Dodge "Redesigning" every 2-4 years; when other companies waits every 8-10 years to make drastic changes. Why cant they just make subtle changes with what they already have? I just got used to the current design. I like it, but it does look like a Ford.

 

They lost me as a fan when they redesigned the first generation one. After that, I never looked at the Durango the same way. I don't hate it, but I don't love it now....I guess I'm neutral towards it. So, in conclusion, if they are not returning to the old design, I really don't care what they do with it.

 

At least its new sister Chrysler Aspen looks much better!

 

It looks like a chromed Durango, if you added the Aspen grill to the Durango, it would literally be the exact same thing minus it saying Dodge

 

I disagree. After seeing an aspen in person I really want one. But since they are new and little incentives, they are too much for me!

First thing that came to my mind. If you can stand in front of the bumper and reach the windshield without much effort, its a minivan.

 

I have to agree....it looks so much like a larger version of the pacifica is crazy. Its very clear dodge is reaching out to a female market. This is nothing like the dodge heritage of the first durango....and worse yet...the ramcharger. Im very dissapointed. certain markets need not change....create a new vehicle that appeals and leave the rachargers, 1st gen durangos alone

 

I wonder if that Durango's front lower lip, the front lower air dam/spoiler would rivet nicely onto the 3G Dak? I've wondered that b4 and I am again b/c I see it there so boldly in those pics on the link above. Any guesses?
