Chrysler Not Settled on Platform for PT Cruiser

RE: Chrysler Not Settled on Platform for PT Cruiser
I wonder if they will use the Compass/Caliber platform. That's the draw for the caliber- right? The flexible seating design and the packaging? They could even do a PT cruiser with All-wheel drive like the Caliber too! That would make an interesting grouping- the Turbo, Cabrio and the AWD version? Maybe they would add the lighted cupholders too? I'll be interested to see what they pick. What other platform could they put that on that currently exists?

its based off the neon platform anyways so why not keep w/ the tradition and go w/ calibers platform....The direct replacement to the neon. Just quit tryin to make it a lot bigger...keep the 2.4 turbo and the n/a motor. We dont need a higher priced PT cruiser. And I can see why they would have trouble picking the design and platform......
