So you have to wonder.... If we can't keep up with the calibers, why on earth are they launching that hideous compass? They should be using full capacity to build calibers. Duh!

 

Always finding the bad out of the good... JK Joe... well not really....

 

I can't believe it but I even saw one the other day at work. Not like that's a big deal but it is for my city, which is a city of poor people. (Not to mention it was also the base caliber but still a caliber nevertheless) I was surprised to find one. They actually look better in person

I also hope that this caliber isn't going to have any recalls. That would be a major embarrassment to have sold so many cars, possibly breaking a record, becoming future car of the year, and all that only to have to recall all of them because of some mistake made while trying to produce them so fast...

 

Um, all first year cars usually have recalls and Dodge has just announced it's first recall for the Dodge Caliber... It is a GOOD thign for them to release this info fast and fix it.

 

As bad as the automagazines have talked about this current model you would think the designers and workers would have a big "in your face" "i told ya so!" session. We ranked near last in new compact battles w/ the Automobile mags and others. But we have one of the best looking in the econobox market. Most of the others are just Ugg-ly.

 

The Compass should be a good rival for the Caliber since they're about equal in base price. Nice find, I wouldn't have expected that from the suv Caliber

 

Amazing how a hatch can make someone think it's an SUV... but anyway...

The Compass actually looks good ont he commercial I saw...

 

I think the SUV look is what most find appealing.

 

compass isn't the calibers rival, it is its sister car. i have seen compass in person i wouldn't buy one, hence the liberty.
